Dr. Eyal Propper---Consul General of Consulate General of Israel
Dr. Eyal Propper is the present Consul General of Israel in Shanghai. Previously, he has served more than seven years at the Israeli Embassy in Beijing as the first Academic and Press Officer after the establishment of the diplomatic relations between Israel and China in 1992. After a 10-year-leave, he returned to China in 2002 as Minister, Deputy Head of Mission and Head of the Political Department. This time, he’s appointed as Consul General of Israel in Shanghai, and very kindly accepted the interview from Hello Jiangsu in his office talking about Israeli art, technology, and future cooperation with Jiangsu Province.
