At around 10 am on January 25th, two Pakistani tourists turned to Zhu Bo, a police officer at Yangzhou Railway Station, for help. They had just learned that they bought the wrong train tickets because of the language barrier. They didn't know what to do.
The two passengers are businessmen from Pakistan that came to China two weeks ago. They arrived at Yangzhou for business. According to their plan, they would go to Taizhou in east China’s Zhejiang Province. But their Chinese friend mistakenly thought they were going to Taizhou in east China’s Jiangsu Province. This morning, the two men received a call from the friend who apologized to them on their way to the train station.

Due to the language barrier, they didn’t know what to do. Desperately, they asked for the Chinese train police for help. To their surprise, Zhu Bo, the police officer, told them about the situation in fluent English.
Because Yangzhou doesn’t have direct trains to Taizhou station, Zhu Bo immediately went through the system to help them find the nearby city to transfer. He found that the nearest transit city is in Nanjing. However, last night's Blizzard caused train delays, and the earliest one would depart at 12: 00, and it was not known whether it would be late or not. After comprehensive consideration, Zhu Bo suggested the two to take the earliest trip to Nanjing and the latest trip from Nanjing to Taizhou.

Unexpectedly, the two Pakistani couldn’t pay the tickets with a foreign bank card. Moreover, they even didn’t have enough cash. At this time, Zhu Bo offered to help make up the gap, which moved two people deeply. They thanked Zhu and promised they would transfer the money to him upon their arrival.

Zhu Bo then sent the two men off, and asked them to pay attention during the trip. They thanked Zhu Bo for his enthusiasm and asked for a group photo to mark the occasion.
