Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) plans to build a headquarters base covering 1.5 square kilometers of land on the north of the SIP Station of Shanghai–Nanjing Intercity Railway.
The base boasting convenient transportation will include 60 high buildings with a total floor area of 2.22 million square meters. Currently, the SIP has gathered 81 headquarters, accounting for 40 percent of those throughout the city. In recent years, headquarters economy has been a major drive for the SIP’s economic transformation and upgrading.
