The 10th China Embroidery Culture and Arts Festival opened in the Suzhou High-tech Zone Cultural Center on Nov 16th. The festival will last until November 30.
Embroideries of the Ming and Qing dynasties will be exhibited during the embroidery festival, with exhibits including Suzhou embroidery, Beijing embroidery, Yue embroidery, K'o-ssu, silk brocade and other ancient embroidery arts. Embroidery enthusiasts can also enjoy the Palace embroidery from the Qianlong Emperor era of the Qing Dynasty, and other precious collections in this show.
