Stations of Suzhou’s Metro Line 7 roofed

The main structure roofing of two of stations of Suzhou Light Rail Line 7 was completed on Sunday, setting a new speed for the construction of light rail transit system in Suzhou by cutting the 7-month construction period to 100 days.

Starting from Moyang Station in Xiangcheng district in north and ending at Hongzhuang station in Wuzhong district in south, the line 7 spans 29.6 kilometers with 25 underground stations to be built. Connecting the sub-line of metro line 4, the metro line 7 will traverse Suzhou North Railway Station, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou Industrial Park, Wuzhong District before finally reaching Taihu Lake.
